The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has published the OMR answer sheets and answer keys for candidates who participated in the recruitment exams held on August 3, 10, and 11, 2024. These documents can be accessed through the official CBSE website. Candidates who find any discrepancies in the answer key have the opportunity to challenge it between August 17 and August 20, with the deadline set for 11:59 pm on the final day.
To file a challenge, candidates must pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 1,000 per question via credit or debit card. Challenges submitted through any other method, including email, post, or in person, will not be considered.
If a challenge is successful and an error is confirmed by the subject experts, the fee will be refunded to the original payment method. The exam conducting body, CBSE’s decision on the challenges, will be final, with no further communication on the matter.
The recruitment exam, conducted in offline mode using OMR sheets, was held for 118 positions, including roles such as Assistant Secretary (Academics, Training, and Skill Education), as well as various administrative positions across Groups A, B, and C.
Selected candidates will be placed on probation, which may be extended as per the discretion of the Competent Authority. During this period, their services can be terminated with 30 days’ notice or a month’s salary in lieu of notice.
