Bhopal: CM Mohan Yadav said that the Centre for Research and Industrial Staff Performance (CRISP) should design and implement versatile training programmes tailored to the needs of new industrial units being established in the state. He stressed that these programmes should be focused on employment opportunities and should also benefit students from engineering colleges and ITIs.
Yadav expressed his vision for CRISP to become the premier organisation for supplying skilled human resources to industries while addressing the general body meeting of the CRISP organisation on Saturday.
Yadav said that CRISP should focus on providing training in specific, carefully selected fields. He stressed the need to design courses that cater to the youth and acknowledged CRISP’s role in improving the efficiency of staff in central and state govt departments.
Yadav encouraged CRISP to conduct employment-oriented training programmes that benefit the state. He also highlighted the growing demand for training in areas such as pharmaceuticals and mobile repair, urging CRISP to address these requirements.
CM emphasised the need for a large-scale, time-bound training programme. He was apprised about the progress of works related to Sant Ravidas Global Skills Park in Bhopal. Officials said that most of the civil construction work has been completed. The process of necessary appointments and training of teachers and the installation work has also been completed. Training related to machines is under process. Officials told CM that different facilities have been developed in 10 divisional ITIs.
