Tollywood superstar Jr NTR, who has recently finished filming his upcoming film ‘Devara: Part One’, sustained a minor wrist injury while working out in the gym. The actor sprained his left wrist a few days ago, per statement.
The statement further read, “Mr. NTR @tarak9999 sustained a minor sprain to his left wrist a couple of days ago while working out in the gym. His hand has been immobilised with a cast as a precautionary measure. Despite the injury, Mr NTR completed the shoot for ‘Devara’ last night and is now recuperating. The cast will be off in a couple of weeks, and he will be back at work soon. In the meantime, we request that speculation regarding this minor injury is avoided (sic).”

Earlier today, Jr NTR announced the completion of the first part of his film, ‘Devara’. He shared a photo of himself and director Kortala Siva engrossed in a deep conversation on the sets of ‘Devara’.
“Just wrapped my final shot for Devara Part 1. What a wonderful journey it has been. I will miss the ocean of love and the incredible team. Can’t wait for everyone to sail into the world crafted by Siva on the 27th of September (sic)”, read the caption.

Written and directed by Koratala Siva, ‘Devara: Part 1’ is an action drama. It features Jr NTR [in two roles], Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor in lead roles. The film marks Janhvi’s Tollywood debut. As reported earlier, ‘Devara’ will release in two parts. The first installment is scheduled to hit theatres on September 27.
