Bengaluru Police took swift action after a video of a group of men performing dangerous stunts on a scooter went viral on social media.
The men, who were riding without helmets, were arrested, and their vehicles were confiscated soon after the video of their act surfaced online.
The viral video, shared by Bengaluru Police on X, showed a group of men performing reckless stunts, specifically “wheeling,” where the front part of the scooter is raised, balancing precariously on the rear wheel.
The men performed these stunts on Kempegowda International Airport Road, a busy thoroughfare, without wearing helmets, putting both their lives and the safety of others at risk.
In response to the incident, Bengaluru Police arrested all the persons involved and seized their vehicles. According to the police, 33 cases were registered in connection with their reckless behaviour.
